Description

This Viking Folder is equipped with a custom superstructure and double parallel option. The folder was originally installed in 1999 on a Baker-Perkins two web G-16 press. It was commissioned and started up, but run only briefly before the owner mothballed the folder due to the loss of a major printing contract.
This jaw folder is rated at 90,000 copies per hour, straight run, single stream operation. The cut-off range is from 22.83” max to 14.00” minimum. The folder can be used as a dual size machine. For example on 42 inch repeat presses, the folder can alternate between 21 and 14 inch cut-off sizes. The folder is double width and can deliver two steams of products. Details
